Shipping information

We offer free, non-expedited worldwide shipping through our service providers. Expedited shipping rates are categorised by country and zone.

All shipments can be tracked with the tracking number you will receive upon confirmation of your purchase.


Shipment processing time

Since we are currently only offering purchases via pre-order, we will ship items once the sales window has closed at the end of February when manufacturing will commence. 

All orders will then be processed and shipped as soon as they are ready. We will of course be in touch with you throughout the entire process and we will send you an email when your item is being shipped.

Import duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


Delivery addresses
When placing your order please ensure that all the details concerning the billing and shipping details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once the courier has processed an order.

PO Boxes
Unfortunately, as all shipments require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes other than in the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. P.O. Box addresses are accepted in these territories on the condition that the contact name and contact phone number have been provided so the courier is able to contact you in the event of not being able to deliver the package. Deliveries sent to P.O. boxes within the UAE must include a full residential or business address within the for the consignee in addition to a contact telephone number.

P.O. Boxes are excluded from UPS shipping guarantees and therefore neither UPS or can accept liability on missing or damaged shipments sent to such addresses. Please be aware that delays may occur when sending orders to PO Box addresses.


Important information
We manufacture our collections based on a pre-order system and therefore we will deliver your item after the close of our sales window. 
Once your pre-ordered item is ready to be delivered, we will send it with the shipping option you selected at checkout. We will also email you once your order is on its way, so you can track its progress and know when it will arrive.

Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame that gives for delivery estimates, nor are we accountable for this time for delivery.
